HEROES VS. VILLAINS HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
Terms and Conditions

1. The Pacific Centre Heroes vs. Villains Halloween Costume Contest will be held on October 24, 2025, Friday, 1:00 PM.

2. The competition will have two categories: Best Hero Costume and Best Villain Costume. Each category is open to kids ages 5–12 years old.

3. The contest will be held at the Mezzanine Level, Pacific Centre, Binondo, Manila.

4. To join, participants must register at the official registration booth on event day. Registration closes strictly at 1:00 PM on October 24, 2025.

5. Trick-or-Treat participants will receive loot bags provided by Pacific Centre. Costume Contest participants must wear anime/cartoon-inspired hero or villain costumes.

6. Participants may dress up as anime/cartoon heroes or villains. Costumes must be family-friendly, safe, and not offensive, objectionable, or violent. Dangerous props such as sharp objects or weapons resembling real arms are not allowed.

7. Two (2) winners will be selected, one for each category, with the following prizes:
